1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives — no advance payment required.

2. Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad, Quetta and many more.

3. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for updates.

5. What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
